The Universal Kempo Branches at Nor'wood, Central and Pioneer seek to provide its students with the highest quality martial arts instruction available and to provide its students with a sound and safe learning environment. Our instruction will help develop quality people that we are proud to call our Kempo Family (Ohana). Our Kempo Family will positively impact the communities of Nor'wood and Briargate and will be visible at community events. The students of the Nor'wood Central and Pioneer Branches will be in every neighborhood and school in the area, setting examples of high integrity and self-discipline. These students will be encouraged by their success in the martial arts to accomplish great things in their communities and beyond. A convenient location certainly helps students be consistent in their training. A student will attend at least 2 nights a week for four or more years to earn their black belt. The closer the student lives to the school the easier the goal of Black belt. Our three locations within three miles Nor'wood, Central and Pioneer provide convenience for the residents of Norwood, Briargate and the Powers Corridor with easy access from the Austin Bluffs Parkway and Dublin.
